LIFE'S POWER OF NATURE ESSENCES Safe – even for babies, inexpensive and easy to use. Flower, gem and other Vibrational Essences are benign life-force patterns of Nature, held by water and preserved in brandy (or vodka). Not unlike music and colour, Essences resonate with the human system – which is of course of Nature too – to catalyze healthy, balanced functioning on all levels – physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. Discovered by Dr. Edward Bach in the 1930's, Essences are now made all around the world by producers of high integrity and profound understanding. (See also Introducing Flower Essences)

Helping you to choose and use gifts from Nature I am a registered Essences practitioner and teacher (member the British FLower and Vibrational Essences Association, BFVEA), using Healing Herbs' Bach Flower Remedies, Green Man, Living Tree Orchid, FES, Alaskan Flower and Gem, Perelandra, Flowers of Freedom, Stewart's Lighten Our Darkness, and other Essences.

My 'Happy Health' basic care work evolved as I began to witness that many ills – even chronic, and hurtful situations arise from lack of awareness about and neglect of simple life care.

Because Essences are of life for life, they are helpful and relevant in any and every situation – limited only by our imagination! They 'work' when we simply take them without thought - and in crisis this may be best. Yet with conscious clarity of intention and purpose, the more precise the formulation can be; and in the taking, the energy of focus aids the life force to help you, and the results are often more easily observable. So while children and animals respond simply, adults learn and move into healing states best when consciously applying attention.

LIFEPOWER EsssencesByPost SERVICES

"Essences by Post": Individual Lifepower instruction plus Nature Essences formula. You receive:

• 2 x 30ml bottles of Essences preserved, usually in brandy, which 'keep' an estimated one year. You can choose 1) your individual "First Aid and Life Balance", OR** 2) a combination prescription according to your focused purpose, OR** 3) Room Spray (see below). Your combinasion formula is drawn from over 250 Essences. **More than one formula can be created and included for a further small charge to include extra time, materials and postage. Refill service is available. Essences do not need to be taken internally. Instruction will include how to use externally. If concerned with alcohal odor or taste, Essences can be provided in vodka instead of brandy. See Order Form for further details.
  
• Full and personalized instructions for use. Essences can be used in many ways (see Using Essences), both internally and externally. Way/s appropriate for your will be detailed.
• Print out of brief descriptions of each of your Essences in the combination/s, and where available, www addresses for fuller information about them. These details often lead to profound insights and deeper understanding about our individual nature and life patterns, and underlying causes of our disturbances, which may be key to your healing process.
• Information and instruction for basic health care, reminding us of the "bare necessities", as per "Other Life Powers" below (see also Happy Health). This will include general information and instruction, plus any details for you personally that appear especially relevant to your situation and needs.
• Your Lifepower package is posted to you by 1st Class (UK) / Air Mail (Europe and elsewhere), within 7 days of payment clearance.

"Essences by Post" ROOM SPRAY Nature Essences Spray, which may or not include essential oils, for your home or workplace. Buildings absorb and hold human energies, as well as various Earth energies and modern environmental subtle pollutions. Generally, Nature Essences help to re-balance, to cleanse and release old and stagnant energies, and provide a quick, easy, safe and efficient part of therapy / healing / consultation room hygiene after each session. If for other types of workplace, e.g. where there are a lot of computers, or groups of people, such as schools, offices and factories, it is important that your intention and request if for the benefit of the room and yourself. I do not provide Essences for you to treat others. (You can give Lifepower services as a gift to others!)

You can order Room Spray as your main "Essences By Post" treatment, stating purpose and receiving Lifepower instruction as above. Or, Room Spray can be ordered as an additional preparation.

2. Your Essences formula is sent following our session.
3. To arrange: Send your Order and payment as per 'Arrangements' below, including any further details about what you want from our phone session. State the best time and day of week for your appointment. I e-mail or phone you confirmation of receipt and appointment time, and phone you for our session. The date I will suggest will allow for fee payment clearance time.

OTHER LIFEPOWERS that may be part of your distant consultation include breath, water, light, exercise, self appreciation and awareness of innate strengths, how and what we eat, sleep, 'right use of mind', relaxation and meditation, and informed and respectful care of our home environment and planet. These facets of basic care are vital to life's well being, and to the efficiency of medicine, therapies etc., and are an important part of our health, creativity and happy relationships. Lifepower service includes helping you to cultivate these powers by informing and instructing. I may also offer information about daily household pollutants which degrade the body's immune systems and can lead to depression, and pollute our planet, detrimental to all life.
Please remember that no system of health care works in isolation. And, to be well we need to love. Such care is 'love in action'.

• With Phone Consultation: £50.00, for outside UK add £1.50. OR, total $105.00, only if you are mailing your order with a USA $check. This includes Lifepower service as above, plus the cost of the phone consultation and call.
• **With fees paid via Paypal you need to add on their handling charge. i.e. pay £35 plus £1.50, £50 plus £2.00.
