In consultation we explore together, and co-creatively with Nature, the means that are easy and appropriate for you to assist your healing, development and evolution. We learn and use simple, safe yet profound gifts of Life, to benefit every aspect of your life:

YOUR FIRST CONSULTATION, AND WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE

1.5 hours, fee £60, will include:

• Flower Remedy & Nature Essence Formula/s, as appropriate: Creating your "Life Balance & Core Care" life-long, renewable formula, drawn from over 250 different Essences**, matched to your individual personality structure and life purpose, plus print out and/or e-mail of Essences descriptions to offer insight. Like your individual, personal 'rescue' formula, and more, this is a broad spectrum mix that helps you through all life's and changes and challenges, including balance through ups and downs.
  Focus Essences. If you are focusing on a particular issue for the consultation, you may also be given a short-term formula to address that specific purpose.
  **Bach Flower Remedies (Healing Herbs) and other Nature Essences including Alaskan Flower & Gem, Living Tree Orchid, Green Man, Crystal Herbs, Himalayan Enhancers, Bailey and more.
• Information about your 'type' Healing Herbs' Bach Flower Remedies; developing your strengths; bringing powerful, simple 'gems' of LIFEPOWER techniques into your daily living, especially in relation to the specific purpose of your visit.
• Life care basics & stress check, then ensuring you can integrate your developing Lifepower skills into your daily living. This training can include skills of heart and mind such as Relaxation and Meditation, positive outlook, cultivating creative care in thought and word, presence, ease and inner peace - relaxing into life! And skills of body such as body-awareness, posture and breath, and other basic care practices.

Follow-up Visits: 1 hour, Fee £40, to further inspire, encourage and instruct what you need for your next steps. This session enables us to confirm your progress and to renew your Flower Remedies & Nature Essences formulas as appropriate.

Essences Refills by Post (2008) £7.50 each bottle including P&P, plus £3.50 for each extra bottle of same, or £4.75 for extra different formula.

WHAT WE DO Easy and relaxed! We talk, clarifying what you DO want, starting from where you are now, and what you look toward, your purpose and intentions. This in itself is an important and powerful exercise. We go through basic care checks - sometimes the most simple and obvious factor makes a huge difference. For example, do you breathe well and get fresh air every day? We may look together at ways that you can be more kind, loving and empowering toward yourself, letting go of old patterns that have become debilitating, and developing new patterns that are healthier and more empowering. We may practice simple LIFEPOWER means and decide together how you can easily integrate them with your daily living.

You will go home with many insights, new ideas, and clear instructions for your journey forward.
