NOTE Autumn 2009: Since the last major site update in Spring 2008, many things took very diffferent turns than I had imagined. It took me a year to find a new flat - which turned up around the corner in Porlock! I was working on "Relaxing Into Life" carry cards project, when quite suddenly I knew I had to write and publish a cookery book to help myself and others to eat more vegetables. At last I am coming back around to the learning curves which will enable me to learn how to set up buying from my web site. Thus my progress with this field has still been limited. Earthwise Crafts I love to make things, and collecting good stuff for re-use, from knitting wool remnants to curtain sample discards is one of my joys (treasure!). When I need to wind down, or am just feeling brainless, its great to let my hands do. So I crochet warmers to help keep body snuggled and thermostats down – shawls, throws, back-warmers (like waist coats / vests), and hats. And I sew great shoulder-carry bags for hands-free shopping, washable and lined.
